Registration
Without registration, you can only use our service with restricted access. To use our advanced features, you’ll have to register for an account. Link for registration:

Following registration, we will send a verification email to your account for activation. Once you receive the email, please confirm your account by clicking the included link.
The verification email is sent to the email address that you provided during registration. If you register using your Facebook or Google account, the email will be sent to the email address linked to the aforementioned account. If you can’t find the email in your “Inbox” folder, we recommend that you check your “Spam” folder.

Click "Forgot password" and enter your email address. We will send you all of the instructions about password recovery to the email that you used for registration.
In your account, select the "Profile" menu and in the "Change Password" section enter your current password, then enter your new password and save.
Payment FAQs
You need to be a registered user of autoauctionhistory.com, then choose your plan via this link: https://autoauctionhistory.com/page-price/ and use your bank card for payment.
Make sure to check your card settings to the limit of online payments. 99% of the time, this is what prevents payments from going through. We check all of our systems on a daily basis. If our systems go down, we’ll be sure to notify you.
If you have issues with making a payment, please contact our customer support chat.
You can add funds to your balance and use it to pay for VIN reports and lot claims only. Note: your balance cannot be used to pay for subscriptions.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Balance funds cannot be spent on subscriptions. You can pay for the plan via this link: https://autoauctionhistory.com/page-price/ and use your bank card for payment.
If necessary, we will refund your balance back to the payment method that was used. In order to receive a refund, you’ll have to email us at [email protected]
Please title the subject of the email “Balance Refund”.
You will have to request a refund within up to 14 working days after your purchase.
Nothing needs to be done on your end. Our system will automatically charge a subscription fee after the month period has ended. You can cancel the subscription any time.

To cancel, click "Cancel subscription".
In case of failure our system would try three (3) times in total to take the payment, if it won’t go through your subscription will end automatically. You can subscribe again via this link:
Select the "Payments" menu in your account, and click the "Update Card" button under the “Payment Card” section.
If a payment is not made or fails, our system will automatically end your plan. To renew your subscription, please click this link to select a new plan:
Tariffs
Our Basic plan gives you access to the last 12 months’ worth of our database’s information. You also gain access to our VIN and Lot Number search features, as well as the ability to view photos and limited amounts of autoauctionhistory-related information. This plan is free and is available instantly after registration.
Our Personal plan is the optimal plan for most customers who buy a couple of auction cars a year. With this plan, you will get all of the features of autoauctionhistory’s service accompanied by the depth of two years’ worth of sales history. You can check the final selling price, sales history, HD photos, trim filters, and a ton more data.

Our Pro plan is a must-have for professional buyers and those who make regular purchases at US or Canadian auto auctions. There is no limit on your access to our sales history. You can take full advantage of our full database, which has information dating back to 2017 onward. This plan comes with unlimited searches, no hidden periods, video downloads, HD photos, and 360 video tours. All of the information you could ever need on a vehicle is available, as well as additional tools for dealers and VIN reports of the lowest price/highest value.

The Basic plan has an unlimited duration. Our Personal and Pro plans are available through monthly or annual billing.

We are constantly improving the quality and speed of our service, which comes at a price. We have to cover the cost of development, hosting, and lots more. Therefore, the price on each plan is subject to change.
However, for all clients who have purchased a plan, the original price you paid does not change. You will receive our full service at its original locked price for the subscription’s duration.
